Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority. If you have specific shipping requests, please email email@example.com.
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return a piece for some reason, please contact me. Return shipping is the buyers' responsibility. It is required that you track all shipments and package the piece securely. I am not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your specific case.
If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $45 fee. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-4 weeks.
LOST OR STOLEN
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Please allow a 1-3 week window for the delivery of all made-to-order jewelry. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date I will do my best to accommodate your request—please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to email@example.com.
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
